Our Mission

It is a given that life brings change, often difficult to accept and paralyzing to move through. In the area of family dynamics, change requires hard choices to move forward. My mission is to assist in making choices for changes that are both necessary and inevitable. I do this through various methods of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, early neutral evaluations and moderated settlement conferences.
 
If resolution through ADR is not possible, I bring 40 years of legal experience, 20 years of mediation experience and early neutral evaluations and a background in social work to my task of preparing thorough and timely custody evaluations.
 
My focus is on family law and elder law/ family issues, situations that call for openness, understanding and empathy for those involved and a willingness to make recommendations necessary to move forward.
